Pricing changelog
Every time a StackScope report gets rechecked, real changes — a price increase, a new tier, a new AI add-on, a corrected figure — get logged here by date. This is the log of what actually moved, not a republish of the full report. See each category's own report page for the full current comparison.
Accounting Software
October 3, 2026- Price increase: Xero raised all three US tiers effective Oct 1, 2026 — Early $25→$27, Growing $55→$59, Established $90→$97.
- New tier revealed: QuickBooks Online Plus ($140/mo, 5 users) — a real tier that existed but wasn't previously priced in this report.
- Updated: FreshBooks now has vendor-published annual prices ($248.40/$464.40/$756.00/year), replacing derived 12×-monthly estimates.
- Wave: no core price change, confirmed current.
Payroll & HR Software
October 3, 2026- New tier revealed: ADP RUN's current package structure now explicitly includes "Complete Payroll & HR Plus" between Enhanced and HR Pro (still quote-only). ADP Assist AI confirmed included across all four tiers.
- Reframed: Rippling's $35+$8 Payroll figures moved from "disputed/conflicting" to "vendor-published reference pricing, not a self-serve quote" — plus a new G2-vs-Capterra free-trial conflict flagged.
- New add-ons: Justworks now lists Time Tracking ($8/employee) and International Contractors ($39/contractor), plus a new Justworks MCP AI integration (no price published).
- Gusto: core rates unchanged, Gus AI assistant description confirmed against current docs.
Scheduling Software
October 3, 2026- New tiers: Calendly added AI-inclusive Standard Plus ($18/$24) and Teams Plus ($24/$32) tiers, bundling Notetaker and the Callie assistant. Core Standard/Teams pricing unchanged.
- Updated: Acuity's Premium tier now confirmed to include the AI Booking Assistant; trial communication restrictions documented.
- Clarified: SavvyCal's monthly figures reconfirmed as Capterra-sourced, not a vendor-published rate.
- Corrected: YouCanBookMe's Individual/Professional tiers are account-priced plans with included calendar allowances, not per-calendar pricing — only Teams is genuinely per-member.
Design & Prototyping Tools
October 2026- Price confirmed: Canva Pro resolved from a disputed third-party range to a confirmed vendor figure — $144/year ($12/mo annual-equivalent).
- Real increase: Canva Business moved from the ~$20/person figure used in earlier reports to a current $250/year per person.
- Updated: Figma's AI credit tiers changed quantities (Starter 500, Professional 3,000, Organization 3,500, Enterprise 4,250) on Aug 25, 2026; add-on prices unchanged.

October 2026- Core prices for all four tools confirmed unchanged this round.
- New add-on: PandaDoc's AI Renewals (automatic contract-renewal detection) — $20/seat/month on Business, included on Enterprise.
- Disclosed: Dropbox Sign's current 15%-off-3-months / 30%-off-first-year promotion.
- SignNow's envelope-cap conflict between the vendor's own pages remains unresolved — still flagged, not settled either way.
Email Marketing Software
October 2026- Real price change: ActiveCampaign's row was fully rebuilt with real calculator-derived figures at defined contact counts ($39/$95/$375), replacing an ambiguous older figure set.
- Real price increase: Kit's 10,000-subscriber tier rose from ~$97 to $117/month.
- Mailchimp: added 10,000+ contact first-year promotional-rate disclosure and send-limit overage note.
- Klaviyo: replaced a stale AI-credit footnote with the current Composer usage/credit model.
Project Management Tools
October 2026- Corrected: Asana's Starter sentiment cell previously claimed a 250-action/month automation cap — the current vendor table confirms Starter now includes unlimited automations.
- Asana: documented AI request caps (5/user/month, 50/account max) and AI Studio credit allocations by tier.
- Monday.com: current annual-billing promo disclosed, plus AI credit allocations by tier (no published overage price).
- Notion: G2/Capterra pricing conflict flagged (vendor figures used, conflict not silently resolved).
Help Desk Software
October 2026- Zendesk: AI Agents billing per resolution beyond allowance ($1.50 committed / $2.00 PAYG) plus $50/agent Copilot documented.
- Corrected: Freshdesk's free plan is an ongoing 2-agent plan, not a "6-month new-signups-only" program as previously described.
- Intercom: Fin terminology corrected from "per resolution" to "per outcome" ($0.99); Copilot and Pro/Proactive Support Plus add-ons documented.
- New: Help Scout's AI Answers ($0.75/resolution after a 3-month trial) added — wasn't in the report before.

- Zoho: free-plan limits documented (150 emails/day, 5 workflow rules, 7 integrations); Zia Agents pricing corrected (Professional+ required, 30M hosted-LLM tokens/month included).
